CONYERS GA - PIT NUTTER WAS HAVING A HARD TIME CONTROLLING HIS PIT BULLDOG AS HE WAS WALKING IT AND IT LUNGED AND BIT A 22-YEAR-OLD WOMAN

Monday - July 9, 2012 - A 22-year-old woman was walking west on Green Street at about 9 pm when she saw a man approaching walking a PIT BULLDOG.  The dog was on a leash but the man was having a hard time controlling it.  As they walked by the woman the dog lunged at the woman and bit her on the right arm.

The victim began bleeding profusely and became very afraid so she rushed home so she could get to the emergency room. She had a bite wound 1 inch wide and 1 inch deep.  The dog's owner asked her if she was OK and then he left.  The victim is unable to identify the dog's handler other than he was a black male walking a  PIT BULL   east on Green Street.
