CARDIFF, WALES ENGLAND - A LOOSE PIT BULL ATTACKED AND KILLED A SMALL DOG AND THEN ATTACKED THE SMALL PET'S OWNER

UPDATE:  ELAINE SEABORNE, 67, SUFFERED SEVERE BITE WOUNDS AS SHE ATTEMPTED TO  SAVE HER 20-WEEK-OLD JACK RUSSELL TERRIER PUPPY "JESSIE" FROM THE JAWS OF A PIT BULL.  JESSIE WAS ON A LEASH AND WAS BEING WALKED INSIDE THE PARK NEAR ITS ENTRANCE JUST YARDS AWAY FROM A CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA.

Dog attack in Victoria Park.



A woman was in Victoria Park in Cardiff with her small pet dog when her dog was mauled and killed by a PIT BULL  type dog.  The pit bull then turned on the woman and caused serious injuries to her forearms. Paramedics rushed the woman to a hospital and police officers seized the dog.  Its owner has yet to be identified. Police are asking the owner to come forth, or anyone who knows who owns the pit bull to come forward.
