DAYTON OH - ANDREW NASON AND JULIE CUSTER PLEADED NO CONTEST IN COURT AND NOW FACE 6 MONTHS JAIL AND $1,000 FINE FOR THE UNBELIEVABLE DEATH OF NEIGHBOR KLONDA RICHEY


DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Dayton couple whose dogs mauled a neighbor to death were found guilty Tuesday.  Andrew Nason and Julie Custer were set to go on trial Tuesday, but pleaded no contest in Dayton Municipal Court. A judge found them guilty of failure to control the dogs.  Both now face six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for each count.

And what about the culpability of Animal Control?? They deserve some of the blame also.
