GUMANIA PETROL PUMP, BHOPALPURA INDIA - AN OWNER OF A LARGE DOG LOST GRIP ON ITS LEASH AND IT ATTACKED A 6-YEAR-OLD GIRL WALKING WITH HER GRANDMOTHER - THE CHILD HAS SEVERE HEAD INJURIES

A 6-year old girl was attacked by a pet dog last evening at Gumania Petrol Pump, near Hotel Golden Tulip. The mishap occurred after the owner suddenly lost the grip of the dog’s leash.
The victim Muskaan lives near the Hotel area and was walking with her grandmother on Thursday evening when the LARGE SIZED DOG attacked the little girl. She sustained severe injuries on her head.
One of the neighbors Jayprakash as informed to UT, spotted the girl and rushed her to MB hospital but was later taken to Noble Hospital in Sardarpura.
Victim’s uncle Mohammed Latif said that the owner has two big dogs that have targeted a few people of the area in the past as well. Everyone demanded action against the owner. An FIR has been lodged against the owner at Bhopalpura police station.

This is a result of people in developing countries adopting the American fashion of owning pit bull type dogs. The attacker of this child was likely an American Pit Bulldog, the same very large pit bull mix that also killed a man in China not so long ago.

Wonderful export products our country is putting out, dontcha think?
