A River Valley neighborhood says they are being terrorized by a vicious dog.
Jack Cossey said he hasn't strolled past his own house in the last two months.
"The dog picked him up and started shaking him," said neighbor Jack Cossey.
In November, Cossey said the photo below is the bloody aftermath of his neighbor's PIT BULL
attacking him and his small dog.
"He tried to bite me, and he did bite me on the thumb. I was able to wrestle him to the ground and held him down until I got some help," said Cossey.
Victims said they want their vicious dog ordinance to be strickly enforced.
Another neighbor shared her war story with the white pit bull.
"He'll run to everybody's house, and he likes to come over here because he knows we're scared of him," said Carla Edens.
Not all feel the dog is as bad as it's reputation.
"Not so much anymore, he's a good dog," said Candi Gaines.
"It has terrorized us to the point we don't even get out of our house," said Patricia Cossey.
The Cossey's are now preparing to make their case at the next city board meeting.
