Why would they charge someone whose pit bulls attacked another pit bull, while they don't charge someone whose pit bulls kill our normal dogs?

This amounts to an admission that pit bulls are literally the only thing they'll protect with the law. Everything else is legal pit bull bait. So pit bull people only have to watch out that their pit bulls don't attack other pit bulls. As long as it's only your child, your normal dog, your horse, thirty of your sheep, then all is fine in their deranged world, and the law leaves them alone.

The entire country has gone insane, except places with an enforced pit bull ban.
