MACEDONIA OH - A NEIGHBOR'S PIT BULL NEEDED TO KILL THE FIRST THING IT SAW SO IT CHARGED ACROSS THE STREET AND INTO BOB BLAZEK AND LISA SCHULTZ'S GARAGE AND RIPPED THEIR CHIHUAHUA/BEAGLE "EMMA" TO PIECES

Bob Blazek and his fiancé Lisa Schultz still can't believe what they witnessed Friday in their Macedonia garage.
"The big bad wolf just came over and ate her,” said Blazek.
A NEIGHBOR'S PIT BULL  charged across the street attacking their 5-year-old Chihuahua-beagle mix named Emma.
"Seeing the pet you love get killed in front of you, it's terrible,” said Blazek.
The couple showed Newsnet5’s Paul Kiska pictures of Emma after the attack. But Emma was so ripped apart by the pit bull, the photos are too gruesome to show.
"He was just chewing her, chewing her up,” Blazek said.
"It's an outrage to know nothing is happening to that dog, the most the county can do is make sure his shots are up to date and that he doesn't have rabies,” Schultz said.
Bob and Lisa are furious and scared the pit bull is still allowed to be at the home across the street.
“If it's labeled a dangerous dog the owner can still own the dog, but there are stipulations that come along with ownership of a vicious dog,” said Lieutenant Christian Costello with the Macedonia Police Department.
Those stipulations include expensive insurance and an enclosed pen. Police said if the dog bites another dog or person again, the court could order it to be put down. The pit bull’s owner was charged for not leashing his dog.

It's Ohio. The state where pit bulls have more rights than anything or anyone.

Ohio is an open carry state. Why wait for any 'humane' society to take care of this?
