ELLESMERE PORT ENGLAND - A BULLMASTIFF BEING WALKED ON A LEASH JUMPED UP AND BIT THE HAND OF A MAN WALKING PAST THEM

POLICE in Ellesmere Port are asking if the owner of a BULLMASTIFF  dog which caused a serious injury to a member of the public to come forward.
The victim was walking along Stanley Road, Lime Street, with his friend on Thursday July 7 at approximately 16.10pm as two men walked towards them with two dogs both on a lead.
One of the dogs jumped up at the victim and bit his hand, causing a serious injury, and the owner of the dog apologised before walking away.
Police would also like to appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or if they may know the owners of the dogs. The man is described as being tall, of white decent and could have been wearing a white top.
