SURPRISE AZ - 2 PEOPLE WERE TAKEN TO A HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT OF BITE WOUNDS AFTER THEY TRIED TO STOP DOGS FROM FIGHTING - A SHOT WAS FIRED TO STOP THE FIGHT AND A PIT BULL WAS GRAZED ON THE HEAD

The Surprise Fire-Medical Department says two people were taken to the hospital after trying to stop a dogfight on Tuesday night.
The owners' dogs reportedly started fighting and one of the owners had to fire a shot to break up the fight.
A bullet reportedly grazed the dog's head, but the dog was still breathing when animal control picked both up from the home near Sarival Avenue and Greenway Road.
Both owners had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance for treatment for bite wounds.
There is no word on the extent of injuries to the dogs or the own

Let the pit bulls fight. Why do nutters try to stop what pit bulls love to do? Oh, right. They're only interesting in stopping the pit bulls' fighting when it's their own precious pit bulls. When it's other people's animals, they're not willing to get bitten saving Fluffy. Priorities!
