LEBANON MO - A DOG ATTACKED A MAN RIDING HIS BIKE BITING HIM ON THE LEG

A bicycle rider was attacked by A DOG  as he passed a home in the area of North Adams Avenue and Miller Street.
At about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, a Lebanon Animal Control officer met the man at the location. The man had been bitten on his lower leg just above his ankle. The officer reported that he had a puncture wound on his leg, according to a Lebanon Police Department incident report.
The dog’s owner was issued a summons for dog at large with a court date of Nov. 17. THE DOG, which recently had puppies, was quarantined in its owner’s home because it was not up-to-date on its vaccinations, the report says.

The report does not indicate the breed of the dog.
