Dogs barking, Allison Road: At 11:40 a.m. Sept. 5, police were called about TWO DOGS that were barking in a resident's back yard. The caller also asked that police check on the dogs' welfare.
Police found that the owner was not home and that the dogs were left outside without food or water. The owner was contacted and told to report to the police station. Cited for barking dogs and cruelty to animals was a woman, 32.
Later, at 7:50 p.m. the same day, the woman was again cited when it was found that a girl, 17, had been left alone at her home with the TWO LARGE DOGS. The girl went to a neighbor's house that evening with several dog bites and was then taken to the hospital.
In the second incident, the woman was charged with endangering children.
