VALLEY, DOUGLAS CO NE - AN ENGLISH SHEPHERD ATTACKED ITS ELDERLY OWNER LEAVING HER IN CRITICAL CONDITION

(FOX42KPTM)- An elderly woman is in critical condition after being bitten several times by her dog Wednesday night.

According to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, 74-year-old Sharon Robino was attacked by her 3-year-old ENGLISH SHEPHERD. She was hospitalized with several bite marks to her head and arms.

The dog has been impounded by the Nebraska Humane Society.

I would like to see a photo of this so called "English Shepherd"

I'd like to see pictures of the dog as well.

In another news article about this incident people are, unsurprisingly, blaming the elderly woman. They just know she "provoked" the dog to attack her.

It really is sad how many people think vicious dogs are more important than people, and it is scary that most of these people are adults. I could understand young children still thinking that Disney movies are reality, but you'd think adults would know better.

English shepherds look very similar to border collies, same temperament. They sound high strung.
