PENSACOLA FL - A COUPLE WAS ARRESTED FOLLOWING A FIGHT AT A GAS STATION IN WHICH THEY USED THEIR PIT BULL AS A WEAPON
A Pensacola couple remained in jail Tuesday and their PIT BULL in quarantine following a fight at a west Pensacola gas station that led to several people being bitten by the dog.
According to the report by the Escambia County Sheriff's Office, the couple and the dog were part of a large fight that began Sunday afternoon after a dispute involving Facebook posts.
Christopher Alan Gentry, 29, was charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm. His wife, 34-year-old Emily McQueary Gentry, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery causing bodily harm, according to the report.
Escambia County Jail records showed Christopher Gentry in custody with a bond of $15,000 late Tuesday and Emily Gentry in custody with a bond of $13,000. Attorneys for the couple were not listed on website.
