The "dog" latched on for no reason and would not let go till tasered... Hmmm. What breed is known for that I wonder...?

The breed is a nanny dog! You need to get educated. Nanny dogs try to lick people to death. They wear tutus, and have an undeserved bad reputation. Nanny dogs are just trying to nanny, and when they can't, they get frustrated and take it out on their owners. There are many irresponsible nanny dog owners, and frustrated nanny dogs. Please bring a nanny dog home today and see how great they are!
