MADISON WI - A MEDIUM SIZED RED AND CREAM COLORED DOG THAT WAS TIED IN FRONT OF TRADER JOE'S ATTACKED A WOMAN

(WMTV)---Officials are asking for the community’s help to find a dog that bit a woman Monday night in Madison.
According to the Department of Public Health, it happened around 5:30 p.m. on the public side walk in front Trader Joe’s on Monroe Street after the owner left the dog unattended.
The dog is described as medium-sized with red and cream colored fur and was tied in front of the store.
The owner is described as a 5’8” tall Asian man. He was wearing glasses and had large headphones.
Anyone with information is being asked to call (608) 255-2345 and ask for the animal services officer.
