And nutters worry about losing their precious pit bulls, yet owners of normal dogs are having this actually happen to them on a regular basis. Dog aggressive dogs have no place in society. Dogs that have been and are used exclusively for dog fighting, should be phased out. Montreal is doing the right thing in banning pit bulls. This is the reality of pit bulls, killing a dog on a walk that did not provoke an attack. The mere fact of being in the vicinity was enough for Sadie to get a death sentence. How is that fair, humane, or just? There are hundreds of thousands of heartbroken owners, just like Sadie's. It's time for pit bull owners to pay the price. They chose this despicable breed, let them live with the consequences of their choice. Let them feel what it's like to lose a pet.
I checked the comments section of the video link, and the owner of Sadie is now claiming that they were not pit bulls, but Mastiff/Rottweiler/Boxers. Still, dangerous dog breeds, every single one of them.Sadie's owner, Debbie Lynn, is also not blaming the breeds, but blaming the fact that the dogs were living in a pen. Okay, so, it's not the breed, but being left outside in a pen that makes dangerous dog breeds want to kill other dogs? So, let me get this straight. Dogs are perfectly safe, unless they live in a tiny box, then they will go mad. If dogs can turn dangerous that easily, shouldn't there be rules to prevent dogs from living in pens, kennels, cages, and backyards? It always astounds me how far out there people will go to explain an attack. Instead of the easy answer, the dog breed, it's every possible other variation of excuse one can think of.
