WILSON, NIAGARA COUNTY NY - A MAN SUFFERED BROKEN BONES IN HIS HAND WHEN HE TRIED TO PRY A PIT BULL OFF OF HIS ENGLISH BULLDOG...AND HE MAY HAVE TO UNDERGO RABIES INJECTIONS

WILSON - A man who suffered two broken bones in his hand when he was attacked by a stray dog outside his Poplar Street home last week may have to undergo  rabies injections, authorities said.
Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies said the attack occurred in the Dorwood Park mobile home community about  5 p.m. Tuesday, when a  pit bull fought  with the victim's  English bulldog, which was bitten  on both ears. When the victim tried to separate the dogs, he was bitten on the hand.
The man, who  was treated at an area hospital for the wounds, hopes to find the pit bull's owner, to determine whether the dog had its rabies vaccinations.

I've read that Niagara, NY is a pit hole. Good luck finding the owner, or the pit bull.
