DETROIT MI - A PACK OF 4 PIT BULLS ATTACKED A MAN AS HE WAS WALKING TO A GAS STATION IN HIS NEIGHBORHOOD

A neighborhood on the east side of Detroit is shaken up after they say a pack of loose dogs attacked them.
The most recent incident was on Baldwin near Mack Avenue.
A man says he was walking to the gas station just after midnight Friday when he was attacked by FOUR PIT BULLS.
"By the time I saw them it was too late, they surrounded me. Every time I ran one way another one would come this way so I couldn't get away," he says.
He tried swatting them off with his hat, but says the dogs grabbed him by the legs and tried to drag him to a vacant lot.
Thankfully a neighbor driving saw him and was able to help.
People that live in the area say the dogs have been a problem.
Barbara Anderson-Hills says a 15-year-old girl was attacked a few weeks prior.
"One morning she was out and I heard some screaming hollering and she was huddled down I asked her to get in my car and brought her to my porch," she says.
Animal control was out Friday morning looking for the dogs.
"They need to be off the street I mean it's terrifying."
