The  PIT BULLS  who attacked a Riviera Beach worker have been scheduled to be euthanized, authorities say.
Palm Beach Animal Care and Control says they are currently waiting for an appropriate number of staff to be on hand.
They are two adult dogs. One is a 4-year-old male male named Tank and the other is a 4 year-old female named Pretty Girl.
The attack took place in August, when the pair attacked a city worker picking up trash near Blue Heron Blvd. and Broadway Avenue.
The worker was left with severe injuries to his arms, legs and chest, animal control says. He is expected to survive.
